Domestic Shipping (United States Only)
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
We ship orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS) through Shippo. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Processing Time
Please expect delays on all orders at this time. We have a small (but mighty) team, and we’re printing, fulfilling, and shipping orders as quickly as possible.
Our current processing time is about 7–10 business days for online orders (not including weekends or holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Days
Our normal shipping days are Monday through Friday during business hours.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available if you select it at checkout.
Pickup Hours: Tuesday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM (EST)
Need an after-hours pickup? Give us a call and we’ll do our best to arrange a time.
We’ll notify you when your order is ready before you come by.
USPS Tracking
Once your order ships, your tracking number will be emailed to you.
To see the most recent status of your package, enter your tracking number on USPS.com or call: 1-800-222-1811.
Note: The tracking information available to USPS representatives is the same information shown on USPS Tracking.
Shipping Protection / Insurance
For orders $100 and over, we automatically include shipping protection.
For orders under $100, shipping protection may not be available at checkout at this time.
Claims must be initiated by the shipper (us) through our shipping provider, and we may request photos and/or a short affidavit from the recipient to complete the claim.
Lost Packages / In Transit / Damaged Deliveries
If your package appears delayed, stuck “In Transit,” or arrives damaged:
- Start with USPS: Contact USPS with your tracking number to request a trace or assistance.
- If your order included shipping protection (orders $100+): Contact us and we’ll start the claim process through our shipping provider. We may request photos and/or a short affidavit from the recipient.
- If your order did not include shipping protection: Once USPS has accepted and scanned the shipment, we cannot be responsible for carrier loss, theft, or delays outside our control.
Stolen Packages
Please ship to a secure address where someone can receive the package (home when occupied, workplace mailroom, PO Box, etc.). We are not responsible for stolen packages once USPS marks the order as delivered.
If your order included shipping protection (orders $100+), contact us and we’ll help start the claim process. We may request supporting details from the recipient.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
