Act fast: If you need to cancel, contact us immediately so we can attempt to stop production.

Before production begins: Orders may be canceled with no cancellation fee. Any third-party costs already incurred (e.g., rush blanks, inbound shipping) will be billed at cost.

After production begins / after proof approval: Orders are no longer cancellable. All labor, materials, and services to date are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-stock / special-order items: Once ordered from suppliers, these items cannot be canceled. Related costs remain due.

Custom products: Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once design work, setup, or printing has started.

How to cancel: Call 419-433-3569 or email info@bennettsdesigns.com with your order number. Cancellations are effective only when confirmed by our team in writing.
